The complete reconstruction and modernization of the vacuum system for waste disposal in the building of the National Bank of Serbia was successfully completed. The project was carried out in cooperation with the company Polyco doo from Mladenovac, a leader in the field of central vacuuming and pneumatic transport.
The goal of the reconstruction was to improve the reliability, speed and safety of the paper and municipal waste disposal process, while fully preserving the continuity of work - which means that the modernization was carried out without any interruption in the functioning of the facility.
Software solution includes:
✔ Process automation and control
- Integration of 9 Mitsubishi PLC controllers to manage key system segments
- Creation of HMI interface for local visualization and control
- Implementation of SCADA system based on COPA-DATA Zenon platform
✔ Advanced monitoring and maintenance
- Implementation of the Message Control module for automatic notification to the maintenance department about detected irregularities
- Centralized architecture for monitoring all process points
- Data collection and logging for analytics and optimization
